10/12/01 "...me I will be at Sizzler's with my son celebrating his 12th birthday....a small bit of trivia for you. You mention Mike Collins and Gail Curtis -- they were two of the people I hung out with in the 9th grade...Bonnie Boreham, Dean Benedict, Terry Fenn, Janet Bostater, Rodney Lauman...we all used to eat at one of the tables under the library, Mr. Day used to love our table cuz he usually sent one of us to the office....he had this thing about a 6" rule, all males and females had to be 6" apart...one day I asked Mrs. Moffet if there was such a rule, she laughed and said heavens no...the next time we were piled on top of each other and he made a beeline for us but before he could open his mouth we said wait and whipped out our little 6" rulers and proceeded to get 6" away from everyone....funny thing, he never bothered us again and he didn't come back the next year...have you had any word from Sue Kolden, Cyndy Kirsten, Sue Fuller, Barbara Critchlow, Jackie Remsberg, Jim Burke?"

10/11/01 "I asked Scott to send out a message for me - maybe you can do the same to all the emails you have.

The Homecoming Game tonight (10/12) is at 7pm and the cost is $5. There will be the traditional floats, princesses, as well as, fireworks! We are roping off an area for the Class of '71 so hope to see everyone there to relive old memories and see old friends. See you there - The Reunion Committee.

10/11/01  "She has her own line of clothing, candy's something...she looked great, can't believe you missed it and thanks for the copy of the invite, am having a hard time believing the reunion is only 9 days away.  Ask Terry, she may remember the name of Candy's line of clothes."

10/17/01 "Boy are you asking me to remember back 20 yrs. I think she may have used her full name of Candace but I am not really sure."

10/11/01 "Thank you for the info. I graduated from LCHS in 1974. My family and I were living outside the US in 1971 so I am not familiar with you upper classmates. We came in to the US late in 1972 where we established residence in LC. I attended LCHS for my last two years of High School there and joined the Air Force after graduation. I am still serving in the Air Force.

Please pass my regards and congratulations to her Honor.

10/07/01 "Cheryl, Came up to my Mom's house, still in La Canada, and logged on with her computer name. I don't have one except a work access e-mail that works for Long Beach Unified School only. It was great to see what was up with the website I've been hearing about. I browsed through most of it. I will probably be coming to the picnic but not the dinner. I got ahold of Kris Hoyt, and I wrote Donna Japengie but no response yet. My son and I got together with Carol and Irene a little while ago and that was fun. They both know my phone number if you'd like to get in touch with me. I'd love to get together with you too. Hope I hear from you Carolyn Demos"

09/30/2001 "Hi Cheryl - Thank you for the email forwarded from Michelle Colella (now Van Cleave).

Congratulations to Michelle from a member of the class of LCHS73. I can't imagine a more important job than hers.

I reverted to my real name, Candace, after college. I'm part of an Executive Team working on a way of deploying securely any application to ANY device to any system over the Internet. It is a major undertaking in development for several years. The website is not a reflection of the entire mission of our software. We are still in stealth.
